About Fundry

A licensed Georgia broker got tired of underwriting deals in a spreadsheet.

Fundry is a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and deal-analysis tool for Georgia real estate investors. Search any Georgia address, pick your strategy — flip, ground-up, or rental — and Fundry pulls the comparable sales that fit that strategy.

Then you take over. Toggle a comp in or out and the resale estimate, the profit, and the margin move with it. Every assumption behind the deal is pre-filled and every one of them is yours to change.

Why it exists

A 1962 ranch is worth one thing as a flip and another as a teardown. The consumer sites give you one number for both, because they are built for people buying a house to live in. The professional tools understand the difference and charge $1,200 to $7,000 a year for it — which is real money to someone doing three houses a year, and most investors own between one and five properties.

So they do it by hand: pulling comps off Zillow, typing them into a spreadsheet, and eyeballing the average. It takes an hour, and it mis-prices the deal at exactly the moment the margin is thinnest.

Fundry does that hour in two minutes, for free, and shows its work the whole way — how many comparable sales it used, how recent they are, and how far away. That is the whole idea.

Deal Agents work the market while you sleep

Set your buy box and your own deal bar — margin, cash-on-cash return, debt-service coverage ratio. A Deal Agent checks new listings every hour, underwrites each one with the same math as the property analysis, and emails you when one clears your numbers. Up to 10 Deal Agents, free.

A Deal Agent does not pick deals for you. It applies thresholds you set to listings you told it to watch, and the underwriting behind every email is the same underwriting you can open and take apart yourself.

What else Fundry does

Live listings, pulled when you search.

Multiple Listing Service (MLS) listings are fetched at search time rather than served out of a database that went stale last week.

Search the way you actually think.

By ZIP code, city, or county line — or draw your own area on the map with a finger.

Portfolio tracking.

Add a property you already own and get digests of what is listing, selling, and renting around it.

Deal Analysis PDF.

Export the whole analysis — comps, assumptions, and math — as a clean multi-page document you can send a partner or a lender.

What Fundry does not do

It does not tell you what to buy.

No verdicts, no scores, no grades. Fundry assembles the comparable sales and the math and hands you the controls.

It does not guess.

Comp selection, the calculators, and the hourly Deal Agent scan run fixed rules. The same inputs produce the same answer twice, and every step is open to inspection.

It only covers Georgia.

One state, done properly. And no tool has every sale — where the data is thin, Fundry says so instead of showing a confident number.

Who built it

Fundry was built by Barak Hayut, a licensed Georgia broker with more than $25M in closed transactions, out of Atlanta. He built it because he needed it — the numbers in Fundry are the ones he runs on his own deals, and the shortcuts it refuses to take are the ones he does not trust when the money is his.

Fundry soft-launched in May 2026. The data behind it comes from licensed sources and public records.
