Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 30, 2026
Fundry (“Fundry,” “we,” “us”) provides comparative market analysis (CMA) tools for real estate investors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Fundry website at fundry.io and the Fundry mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using Fundry you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
1. Information We Collect
a. Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address, name, phone number (optional), and company name (optional). If you sign in with Apple or Google, the provider shares a stable user identifier and the email address you authorize. With Sign in with Apple, you may choose to share a private email relay address instead of your real address, and you may decline to share your name; we will only ever see what Apple chooses to send us.
b. Profile and preferences
We store the investment assumptions you configure (rehab costs, financing terms, verdict thresholds, default markets), your saved properties, your CMAs and analyses, your saved searches and Deal Agents, and your in-app notification preferences.
c. Location
With your permission, the mobile app uses your device location to center the map on where you are and to show nearby properties. Location is used in real time on your device and is not stored on our servers as a persistent location history. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
d. Push notification token
If you enable push notifications, we store the device token Apple Push Notification service (APNs) issues us so we can deliver alerts you have asked for (for example, new matches from a Deal Agent, or activity on a saved property). The token does not identify you personally to us, and you can disable push notifications in your device settings under Settings > Notifications > Fundry.
e. On-device storage
We use your device's local storage and preferences (and on iOS, the secure keychain via Sign in with Apple) to remember your sign-in, your onboarding state, recently viewed properties, and other in-app settings. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless it is also part of your account data above. Clearing app data or deleting the app removes this storage.
f. Usage and device data
We collect basic usage data such as pages or screens viewed, features used, search counts, IP address, device type, operating system version, and app version. We also record how you first reached Fundry — the campaign link you followed, if any, and the site that referred you — so we can tell which of our own posts and pages bring people here. If you install the app from Google Play, Google tells us which link led to that install. This is measurement of our own marketing; it does not follow you onto other companies' apps or websites. We use Google Analytics to measure usage on both the website and the mobile app. Google Analytics is configured without Google Signals and without ads personalization, so this data is not used to build advertising profiles or to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
g. Diagnostics and crash reports
We use Sentry to collect crash reports and error diagnostics, including a stack trace, the page or screen where the error occurred, your account ID, and your email so we can follow up on issues that affect you.
h. Fundry AI Assistant conversations
If you use the Fundry AI Assistant, we store your conversations — the messages you send, the assistant's replies, the results of the actions it ran for you, and any preferences you asked it to remember — so you can pick a conversation back up on another device. Conversations are private to your account. You can start a new conversation at any time, and deleting your account deletes them. Section 5 describes what is sent to Anthropic, the artificial intelligence (AI) provider behind the assistant.
2. Property Data We Display
Property listings, sold comparables, parcel data, and market metrics shown in Fundry are sourced from Multiple Listing Services (including Georgia MLS), public records, and licensed third-party data providers. This is not your personal information; it describes properties, not people. We display this data to help you analyze deals.
3. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics
Fundry does not include advertising SDKs, does not collect Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not display third-party ads. We do not present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt because we do not engage in tracking as Apple defines it.
We use the Google Analytics usage measurement described in 1.f and the diagnostics described in 1.g to keep the product working and improve it. Because Google Analytics runs without Google Signals and ads personalization, we do not use any analytics that profile users for advertising or share information with data brokers, and we therefore do not present an ATT prompt.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and operate your account and authenticate you.
- To provide the core CMA, search, and analysis features of the Service.
- To run the Fundry AI Assistant when you choose to use it, and to keep your conversations available across your devices.
- To save your work (properties, CMAs, settings) so it is available across your devices.
- To send you account-related emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, important changes).
- To send notifications you have opted into (Deal Agent matches, new comps, etc.).
- To monitor performance, debug errors, and improve the product.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the service providers we need to run Fundry, and only the information each one needs:
- Supabase — authentication and primary database hosting.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and Apple Push Notification service.
- Google — Sign in with Google.
- Google Analytics — product usage analytics (configured without ads personalization).
- Sentry — crash and error reporting.
- Google Maps Platform — map rendering, geocoding, and place search.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Loops — lifecycle and product email delivery (account onboarding, activity reminders). We provide Loops your email address, name, and account identifier so we can send the messages you have opted into; Loops does not use this information for its own purposes. When you delete your account, we delete your Loops contact.
- Anthropic — the artificial intelligence (AI) model behind the Fundry AI Assistant. When you send the assistant a message we send Anthropic that message, the recent messages in the same conversation, your first name, any preferences you asked the assistant to remember, and the results of the actions it runs for you — including addresses you ask it to look up, the addresses of properties you have saved or are tracking, and the analysis figures our own engine produced. Part of what you see on screen is deliberately held back: the asking prices, photos, and street addresses of the listings a search returns stay in Fundry and are never sent to the model. Anthropic processes this on our behalf to generate the assistant's reply. If you never open the assistant, none of your personal information is sent to Anthropic.
- Vercel — web hosting and edge infrastructure.
Some of these providers only ever receive information if you use the feature they power — Anthropic, for example, receives none of your information unless you use the Fundry AI Assistant. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Fundry, our users, or others. If Fundry is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you before personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and the work you create in Fundry for as long as your account is active. That includes your Fundry AI Assistant conversations. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and update: You can view and update your profile information from your account settings inside the app or on the website.
- Delete your account in the app: Open Profile > Settings > Delete account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your saved properties, CMAs, and personal information from our active systems within 30 days.
- Delete by email: If you cannot access the in-app deletion option, email privacy@fundry.io from the email address on your account and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
- Export your data: Email privacy@fundry.io to request a copy of the personal information associated with your account.
- Push notifications: Disable in your device settings under Notifications > Fundry, or in the app under Profile > Notification preferences.
- Location: Disable in your device settings under Privacy & Security > Location Services > Fundry.
- Marketing email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to know, the right to correct, the right to delete, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@fundry.io.
EU, UK, and EEA residents have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. The legal bases on which we process your information are: performance of a contract (operating your account), legitimate interests (improving the Service, security), consent (push notifications, location), and legal obligation. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
On the Fundry website we use first-party cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. The Fundry mobile app does not use cookies in the traditional sense; it uses on-device storage as described in Section 1.e.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, scoped database access, role-based access controls, and standard industry safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
10. Children
Fundry is intended for adults engaged in real estate investment activities and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU / UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@fundry.io and we will delete it.
11. International Users
Fundry is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. We rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.
12. About the Mobile App
The Fundry mobile app is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. It is built with the Capacitor framework, which bridges web and native device features (push notifications, location, secure storage, share sheet, biometric authentication, and similar). The app communicates with the same Fundry backend as the website over HTTPS. The data we collect is identical on web and mobile; the mobile app additionally uses the device-level permissions described above (location, notifications) only when you grant them.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
